Refund/Exchange Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

If you made a purchase and would like to cancel it, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of cancellable goods. Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty. Refunds will not include original shipping costs.

All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department. If you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the price of your item. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the original credit/debit card/PayFast account used to purchase the item.
